  As a Media Buyer, you’ll turn creative ideas into measurable results. You’ll plan, negotiate, and optimise paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring every placement delivers impact. Working closely with the strategy, creative, and client teams, you’ll merge storytelling, targeting, and performance data to drive campaigns that perform and inspire.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Strategy and Client teams to translate campaign briefs into smart, efficient media plans.
  • Recommend the right channel mix across digital, print, radio, TV, and OOH — with a clear rationale behind every placement.
  • Keep an eye on media trends, emerging platforms, and new ad tech opportunities that could benefit our clients.
  • Manage booking, confirmation, and scheduling of all media placements (both traditional and digital).
  • Guarantee full compliance with client budgets, campaign timelines, and internal approval processes.
  • Execute and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn among others.
  • Ensure proper trafficking of creative assets and accurate setup of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and event goals.
  • Monitor campaigns daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives to maximise performance against KPIs.
  • Build comprehensive campaign reports with data visualisation and performance comments/recommendations.
  • Maintain benchmark dashboards for all active clients and campaigns.
  • Track media budgets, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Reconcile planned vs. delivered media and ensure alignment with client billing.
  • Share insights with the wider team to help inform future creative and strategic decisions.
  • Continuously explore new tools, formats, and trends to keep Underdogs Studio ahead of the curve.
